STAFF REQUIRED URGENTLY
Exciting manufacturing job opportunities in microwave engineering within the aerospace and defence industry. Credowan Ltd is an operating company of Cobham plc, who due to significant growth, is looking to expand further its operation and planning capacity. We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following full time appointments. Positions will be based at Bracklesham Bay.

JUNIOR PLANNING ENGINEER
The primary goal of this position is to convert orders into planned production activities in accordance with specification and due dates by ensuring stock levels are maintained and stock projections are generated and acted upon. The successful candidate will provide and manage quotation assistance for the Sales Department. Engineering and planning experience is desirable and organisational and negotiation skills are essential. The successful candidate will be fully trained on EFACS and must be a conversant user in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position involves being a point of reference to internal and external customers and suppliers and therefore the successful candidate must be a high reactor, team player and self motivated. A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position would be advantageous.

THREE MECHANICAL ALUMINIUM FITTERS
Main duties include milling small delicate piece parts to size, manually fitting parts together, preparing parts for cleaning, fitting finished parts to tooling, and some flame brazing. The successful candidate must have the ability to read engineering drawings and also have the ability to use workshop measuring equipment, working to approved standards and the ability to work within a team. Aerospace engineering background would be an advantage but not essential. Hand/eye coordination essential and any experience in brazing will be a distinct advantage. On going full comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidates.

WAVEGUIDE DISPATCHER
Main duties include setting tooling on grid plates ready for final inspection. Following inspection, pack waveguide and raise delivery note.
